An interesting read with lots of inside detail about making some really good movies. Zwick’s anxieties splash across the pages while he seeks acceptance (and a steady stream of work). Give him a hug and tell him he’s a success!

Well written, honest, and insightful view into the life of a talented movie director. Thanks to this entertaining book, I gained a great appreciation for movie making, directing, and the talented actors who make it all work. If you like books about Hollywood and the movies, this is a must read!
